This new workspace is located within an independent building of approximately 2800 m2, just a few meters away from Porte Maillot. This new high-end establishment in the 17th arrondissement of Paris is added to the existing Startway spaces in the CBD, located at 24 rue Chalgrin in the 16th arrondissement and 38 rue de Ponthieu in the 8th arrondissement.

The building, formerly the headquarters of JLL, was previously occupied by Moet Hennessy (LVMH Group). Startway will undertake significant renovations in order to offer workspaces that meet the new needs of companies and employees through the hybridization of private and collaborative spaces. The location can accommodate up to 300 workstations overall.
