Our venue provides services for 14 offices for small and medium sized businesses. With a modern interior design, on site car park and variety of facilities our offices.
There is a shared meeting room on the ground floor which seats up to 7 people with dual screen and HDMI connections.
On the first floor there is a shared communal kitchen comprising of a fridge, microwave, kettle, and ‘Bean to Cup’ coffee machine with unlimited use.
Our Offices are located on Baldock Industrial Estate – a popular location ideally situated next to the town’s large supermarket. With Baldock town centre only 5 minutes’ walk, the busy town hosts a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. We are also only a 15-minute walk from the train station, which provides a direct line to London King’s Cross. The estate is located on London Road in Baldock which provides direct access to the A1/M Junction 9, with a 15-minute drive to Stevenage and approximately an hours drive to Central London.
Regular office hours are 8.00am-5.00pm, but accessible 24hours a day for key holders. Included in any contract will be access control fobs free of charge at the beginning of the tenancy.
We can provide furniture, desks, chairs, and pedestals if required (please note this is only if we have the items in stock, no new items will be brought). There will be a small monthly charge for hire.
