Oliver House is located in a prominent position in Hall Street, a street made famous by Guglielmo Marconi who opened the world’s first “wireless” factory in 1889 – The Marconi Wireless Telegraph & Signal Company.

Built in 1990, Oliver House is a ‘landmark’ red bricked building that was refurbished in 2012 and 2018. The offices are situated over 3 floors which all benefit from plenty of natural light, are modern, well-maintained and with lift/stair access to all floors.

There is a communal kitchen on each floor with a fridge, microwave and kettle. The communal areas, including the toilets on each floor are cleaned twice weekly and the licence fee includes this plus heating and lighting, but excludes telephone lines or broadband. There are telephone lines already installed in all offices and it is simply a matter of entering into a contract with a supplier for telephone/internet access.

There is off-site parking approx 300m away in a privately-owned garage block to rent, subject to separate negotiation and availability. Limited on-street parking may also be available. Pay and Display car parks are also nearby in George Street and on the Parkway.
