Description

Not what you would expect to find right next to Stansted Airport and the M11 motorway - yet that is where you will find this classic neo-Georgian building set in 12 acres of historic parkland.

We carried out the development of the existing Grade II listed building allowing us to have fun combining the old with the new so you get modern, bright offices and meeting rooms in an historic period property. No two offices are quite the same.

You’re close to the market town of Bishop’s Stortford if you need to get to the shops or the bank. If it’s lunch you're after, you’ll find The Coffee Shop on site (also good for breakfast, great coffees and the occasional snack - open seven days a week).

There’s plenty of parking space for you and your visitors, plus all the services that come as standard at our centres: serviced offices, co-working, dedicated desks, virtual offices and meeting rooms, equipped with the latest technology and 24/7 access. All managed by our professional and friendly team – always there to offer support.

Location
This business centre is extremely accessible and well connected to a number of key commuter routes. It just off Junction 8 of the M11, which links to the M25; on the southern boundary of Stansted Airport; 40 miles north of central London and near to the market town of Bishop’s Stortford. Rail links are also excellent, with the option to travel into Central London from either Stansted Airport or Bishop’s Stortford.
