Hayloft – built in the mid 1800’s, in a past life was once the stables for Newcastle Breweries so the centre is steeped in history! The centre has 21 offices in a range of sizes situated around a centre pod in a cobbled courtyard – some with high ceilings and skylights…and on the first floor- loft style spaces with exposed brick. The centre has undergone a 1.5m refurbishment boasting high speed super-fast broadband, up to date modern décor, yet the centres historic features have been lovingly retained. All offices are fully furnished and rent is on an all-inclusive basis.

In the centre pod you will find reception where our team are at hand to ensure everything runs smoothly. There are 7 beautifully equipped meeting rooms ideal for 4 – 14 people, intimate booths for small meetings and phone calls or you could book your next event or just hang out on our bleacher style seating area.
