Situated in the picturesque village of Newburn on the north banks of the River Tyne, the centre is an ideal location for your business.
Phase I of the enterprise centre was developed by the refurbishment of an existing transport workshop and featured 11 ground floor plus 2 first floor units. Phase II provided an additional 13 ground floor and 12 first floor units.
In July 2007, a massive extension project reached completion and the third phase of the centre opened to the business world.
As a tenant, you will have access to your unit on a 24/7 basis - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For your security, the premises are fully alarmed and linked to a 24 hour monitoring centre.
Guests and visitors to the centre are welcomed by our trained professional reception staff, who also monitor a central switchboard providing telephone service to each of the units. They will even take messages when you are out of the office or unavailable to take your calls.
All offices are decorated, painted, carpeted throughout, and include ample electricity points. The new part of our premises are fully accessible to wheelchair users, we have wide doors fitted and we have installed a lift.
A fixed monthly charge includes your rent, rates, heating, lighting, electricity, and our general reception services such as telephone switchboard operating and message taking. We also offer a range of additional services which are available at an extra cost if required.
